How it works
A shipment is ready to go. You enter the details — or they carry over from the order — and live rates appear from TNT, Aramex, and Border Express, side by side. You compare and choose. One click.
The booking is made. The label generates. If your warehouse has a printer nearby, it’s already there. Your team attaches it and moves on to the next task. No portal-hopping, no downloading, no formatting.
As the shipment travels, status updates arrive on their own. You see where things are without asking. Your customer can too, if you choose to share the tracking.
Everything is recorded against the order it came from. When someone asks “did that ship?” — the answer is already sitting in the order, the contact record, and the shipment history.
How it’s billed
Freight is charged separately from your subscription. You book through EQUOS; the cost of the freight itself stands on its own.
There are three ways to settle it. Pay as you go, shipment by shipment. Weekly billing, once your credit is approved. Or on account, by invoice. You choose what suits how your business runs.

FreightInsure
Transit insurance is built into the freight booking flow — powered by FreightInsure. No separate portal, no re-entering shipment details.
When you book a consignment, you choose how your goods are covered:
- Standard cover — included for every eligible shipment, up to a set cap per consignment.
- Extended cover — optional transit insurance for the full declared value of the goods. A live premium quote appears before you book.
- No cover — goods travel uninsured; you accept that claims are not available.
Declared value, goods category, and condition are captured once on the consignment. If you select extended cover, the policy is bound when the shipment is booked and the certificate stays with the consignment record.
FreightInsure is Australian transit insurance for domestic road freight. Product disclosure and terms are presented in the booking flow before you confirm cover.
What it doesn’t do
It’s not a transport management system. It won’t optimise routes, schedule drivers, or manage a fleet of vehicles. It books shipments and tracks them — simply.
It’s focused on domestic Australian shipping. International freight forwarding, customs brokerage, container logistics — that’s a different world. This handles what leaves your warehouse and arrives at your customer’s door, within Australia. Coverage is Australia-wide, with some lanes and services still expanding.

Shipping flows naturally from your warehouse — once an order is packed, it’s ready to book. Tracking details attach to the original order and appear in your contact’s history, so everyone involved can see the full journey from promise to delivery.
