What's included in the 14-day trial?
Full access to whichever plan you choose. No credit card required. If you don't subscribe, your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What does "per business unit" mean?
Each subscription covers one business entity. If you run multiple businesses, each one is a separate subscription. Users and locations within that business are unlimited.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 10%. We also offer discounts for not-for-profit organisations. Get in touch.
How is freight billed?
Freight is available on the Complete plan. Charges are separate from your subscription — pay as you go, weekly billing with credit approval, or on account by invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
