How it works
Your business generates a document — an invoice, a report, a packing slip. You choose to share it. A secure link is created, unique to that recipient.
They receive the link however you send it — email, message, however you communicate. They click. The document opens in their browser. No app to install, no account to create, no password to remember.
You stay in control. Set an expiry so the link doesn’t live forever. Revoke access if circumstances change. See when the document was opened and by whom. The sharing is effortless, but the boundaries are yours.
Every shared document is logged. You know what went out, to whom, and when it was viewed. If anyone ever asks, the record is already there.
What it doesn’t do
It’s not a document management system. It doesn’t organise your internal files, manage versions, or replace your file server. It shares documents outward.
It doesn’t handle e-signatures or document workflows. It delivers files — it doesn’t collect approvals or signatures back.
It doesn’t store documents long-term. It’s a delivery mechanism. Your documents live in EQUOS. Document Serve gets them to the people who need them.
